In this blog I primarily share my thoughts and concerns about contemporary Christianity in America. More specifically, what I've noticed for a long time to be a disconnect between some of the currently popular themes and practices in Christendom and what the Bible actually teaches (and just common sense). Occasionally I come across fellow Christians who tell me they've had the same observations. My hope is that this blog will help stimulate thought and examination of some of these things.

Thanks! Yeah, I've got a crisis in my marriage right now. So I need to focus fully on that. Hopefully I'll get a chance to dive back in here soon. Prayers would be very appreciated!
